ALFONSO MORALES MD
CO-FOUNDER/MEDICAL DIRECTOR BILINGUAL/SPANISH
Dr. Morales has been in private practice for over 20 years, and his latest practice is Revive MD teaching patients how to be more proactive with their health in a world of reactive medicine. He first discovered his passion for the holistic care approach when he started these practices with himself over 20 years ago. He felt so much better, lost weight gained more muscle mass, felt happier and reversed what would have been diabetes if he didn't take action proactively.
When he started his own program with his own health, he knew he had to do this with his own patients.
Dr Morales specializes in, Primary Care, Pain and Addiction, and when he saw his patients, he realized they were experiencing so many side effects from the mainstream medication, substance use along with lifestyles that were making them worse. Even though insurance would not cover these services he knew he had to start ordering bloodwork to take a deeper look as to why patients weren't feeling well. When he looked at the bloodwork, he started treating the root cause of their symptoms, such as hormonal issues, vitamin deficiencies, metabolic issues and extreme inflammation. By addressing these issues, he was able to start helping patients feel better. (see the our story page to read further)

Elizabeth's background is business management and personal training/nutrition as her true passion. She quotes, "I truly believe when a person takes care of themselves from the multi-faceted approach that we offer, their quality of life has no choice but to sky rocket, from personal to career. JENNIFER
REGISTERED NURSE
As a registered nurse at Revive MD, she is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with IV Therapy & Bloodwork. She prioritizes preventative care and patient education to ensure that our patients are informed and empowered to take charge of their health. She works closely with Dr Morales & patients to develop personalized treatment plans with IV Therapy that address their unique health needs.

With over 17 years of experience in his field, His approach to mental health is far different than anything we have seen before. His approach is unique as he has created his own methods called the perception process. This is based on neuroscience, biology & hyopnosis while combining it with a deep look at human behavioral patterns.
Chris doesn’t work with people to “fix” them. He works with them on neurological, subconscious, biological level to unlock the brain, re-channel energy in a way that works for their life. He has helped thousands of people break old patterns and completely transform into who they want to become no matter where they are at in life.

As someone who works with professional hockey players, He knows what it takes to get your body in peak physical condition. And as a certified personal trainer, he understands the intricacies of designing and implementing a workout routine. With his expertise, he creates customized fitness plans for our clients. He takes into account your goals, abilities, and personal preferences to create a program that will help you achieve results quickly and safely.
